The story
Dezz Global started in 2020 as two engineering students in Nagpur who were more interested in shipping real software for real businesses than in collecting certificates. The first paying work arrived before either of us had a degree in hand.
Three years of client work later — field operations, payments, document automation — we had a way of working we trusted: understand the business first, keep the team small, and hand over something the client can actually operate.
On 19 August 2026 we registered that practice as Dezz Global Infotech Private Limited, from Reshimbaug, Nagpur. Same two people, same standard, now with a company name on the contract.
We are still two. The people who scope your project are the people who write the code, and we take a small number of engagements at a time so that stays true.
What we hold to
Correct before clever
The interesting solution is rarely the right one. We optimise for systems that behave predictably at 3am, not for architecture diagrams that impress in a review.
Say the hard thing early
If a deadline is unrealistic or a feature is a mistake, you will hear it in week one rather than month five. Partnership needs candour more than it needs agreement.
Leave it operable
Every engagement ends with documentation, a walkthrough and a team that can run the system without us. Dependency is not a business model we are interested in.
